Congratulations! Becoming a mother, father ~ a new family is a wonderful and exciting time... Heartful Birth presents a weekend birth workshop for expectant parents to help you feel more prepared for giving birth and the transition into parenting. You will learn practical information, physical & emotional comfort, ways of coping through labor and birth, hands-on for partners, as well as skills for coping with your newborn, all through thought-provoking, nurturing dialogues and memorable exercises.

Prepare to welcome your baby, meet other parents who share your joys, and concerns, and create community for the time after your baby is born.

Women may attend alone or with a partner of birth companion.
